Event Description:
There
is a new movement afoot: EMPLOYEE CHOICE. Because of its link to the
millennial generation and its capacity to increase top and bottom line
results, CHOICE is a powerful lever to increase employee satisfaction,
attraction and retention.
Dave Paeper will discuss the
powerful drivers behind workplace CHOICE, show examples of what CHOICE
looks like, why CHOICE designs work and how companies are supporting it.
He will explain why CHOICE is a key aspect of workplace trends for the
past decade. Matthew Manning will present the millennial viewpoint, why
millennials matter, and what we need to do to get ready for them.
The speakers will present theory and practice with fresh comments from
Twin Cities corporations about what they are doing to accommodate
millennials in the workplace. An End User reaction panel will comment on
what they are seeing in the marketplace. Learn how Hennepin
County―which is facing a boomer retirement wave―is anticipating change,
and more.
