TCF Consolidates at Plymouth Corporate Center
A case study in leveraging real estate and facilities to promote collaboration, corporate branding, cost savings and talent recruitment
Our March program offers a behind-the scenes look at the planning, design and execution of TCF’s relocation of 1,500 employees from Minneapolis to a large suburban development in Plymouth in early 2016. Our panel will feature project team members Jim LaPlante, (EVP at TCF), J.P. Pawluk (director of facilities at TCF) and Andi Simon (project manager at C&WN), who will share their experiences in the planning and execution of the move. Doug Fulton (principal with Avison Young) who led the site selection for the project, will moderate the program.
Attendees will gain insight on the following issues:
- RE planning and site selection
- Design for collaboration
- Corporate branding
- Planning on purpose for talent attraction
The meeting will include a tour of the facility!
It promises to be an interesting and fun program! We hope you will consider attending. Bring a colleague or client!
