If These Walls Could Talk: Exploring Opportunity for CRE and the IoT
A panel of industry professionals will update attendees on Internet of Things (IoT) trends and discuss their implications on corporate real estate.
 
Attendees will learn how IoT tools can be used to:
  • Make real estate an enabler in the strategic plan through the creation of high performing environments that yield measurable results in health and well-being
  • Increase occupant comfort and satisfaction
  • Recruit and retain employees and tenants
  • Manage properties more effectively
  • Explore the impact on existing real estate business models when information streams become a part of the building asset. 
  • Operate buildings more efficiently
 
There will be presentations and a Q&A panel discussion from a mix of seasoned professionals and young leaders.
